Nothing Big
Dearest My Peeps,
I just decided to blog because I haven't blogged in a while. I don't especially have anything important to blog about, I just want to blog. I totally rewatched Man of the Year again. It was slower starting than I remember, but gee, it was a good movie. For Your Consideration was alright too. Not amazing by any means, but alright. I saw Man About Town with Ben Affleck last weektoo. It was so bad that it was actually quite good. I was very impressed. The Departed was alright too. It was mostly drama, with the occasional humour/action thrown in to mix things up. Then suddenly during the last 10 minutes, there was more action than in the entire movie.
Not that I'd make a very good movie critic. I'm so bloody fussy about what I watch. I really am looking forward to Flushed Away & Stranger Than Fiction. That's for definate sure. I'm not keen on Will Ferrell as a leading man, but Stranger Than Fiction looks stupendous. It'll either be awesome or absolutely horrible. I doubt it can be so bad than it'd be awesome at any rate. A Good Year looks pretty good too. I'm stoked for all the good movies coming out this month, it's great.
So yeah, it's been an alright week. Still haven't heard about Pinky. He was supposed to be ready end of last week & they're going to call me when he's fixed. They still haven't called. Or at least if they did, they didn't have the decency to leave a message on my phone. I'm presuming that indicates they haven't called yet. It's alright though, I totally get the rental until he's fixed, so they can take their time. I don't mind at all, so long as I have a car to drive in the meantime.
I totally got to spend time with Pat on Monday too. We celebrated our 7 month-i-versary & Valentine's Day. The 7 month was on the 10th & Valentine's on the 14th and Monday was the 12th, so it was totally timed great. He took me to Boston Pizza, then we went back to his place & watched "Zoom: An Academy for Superheros". I really liked. A lot! They totally had a Superchick song in it too. I was stoked! It's rare to have a Christian band in a regular movie. I knwo that lots of band have Christian people in it, but the bands that are marketted specifically to Christian kids usually don't branch out into the rest of the world. I don't understand why not, because they're all pretty much the same as the regular bands, except that they have clean lyrics & a good message.
Anyhow, I'm going to stop talking. I sat down with nothing to talk about & other than the bit about Pat, I did just that & talked very well about nothing. So I'm going to shut up now. Have a great day my peeps.
